We want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Here's what you can expect:

- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fees apply)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over a qualifying amount — check our current promotions!
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
- Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final Sale Items: Marked-down or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@pgboutiques.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
